This does not include normal wear & tear. If your Ellis product should fail due to the radness of your shredding, then Ellis will replace the product for a 50% discount from retail. This warranty applies only to Ellis Snowboard products purchased from an authorized Ellis dealer and is extended only to the original retail purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable. Under no circumstances shall Ellis be held liable for death or injuries to persons, damage to property, or consequential damages or expenses arising from the use of Ellis products. Register your product online at www.ellissnowboards.com/register, or mail in this registration card. All products to be returned to an Ellis Service Center for warranty must be taken to an authorized Ellis dealer before the expiration of the warranty period; and must be accompanied by the dated proof of purchase and the original receipt of purchase. If you cannot provide original proof of purchase, Ellis will use the manufacturing date as the start of the warranty period.
All products must be shipped, prepaid and insured. Ellis assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the owner to an Ellis Service Center. Shipping charges to the Ellis Service Center are not refundable. Repaired or replaced product will be returned in a reasonable amount of time. Return shipping costs will be paid by Ellis, but if we determine that there is no defect or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of this warranty, return of the product will be at the customer’s expense.
Coverage under this limited warranty is void if any modifications or alterations have been made to an Ellis Snowboard product not specifically authorized in writing by Ellis. Repaired or replaced products are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty. Ellis Snowboard products are not covered by any verbal warranties. This limited warranty does not apply to:

SHIPPING POLICY
We are currently only shipping within the United States. Orders typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed and you chose next day or two day shipping. Orders with ground shipping selected will ship 5-7 days after the order is placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse. Please be a little patient, as we are a small company that has a lot on our plate. We appreciate your business and will get process your order as soon as we can.
RETURN POLICY
You may return any goods that are damaged upon reception. Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery. You can expect a refund (including original shipping costs) to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order. Please be sure to follow the instructions on the returns form when sending items back, it will enable us to process the return quickly. We do not offer direct exchanges.

FAQ - PLACING AN ORDER -
1. What payment options do you accept?
Ellis Snowboards accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment via personal check, money order and cashier's check.
2. How do I place an order?
Ordering online:
Fast, safe and secure, ordering at Ellis is easy. After you've added items to your Shopping Cart, just follow the simple checkout steps and we'll get your order processed right away.
3. Do you charge sales tax?
Ellis Snowboards is required to charge 9% sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to other states.
4. How can I check the status of my order?
We process your order within 2-3 business days of receiving it. After it has been processed and approved, you will receive email notification when your order has been shipped. This will contain carrier and tracking information for you to reference. Please contact us if you have specific questions.
5. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 2 business days of placing your order should you need to cancel or modify it. If the order has already been shipped, it is unlikely we will be able to cancel it or make changes. In that event, you may need to return the item within our policy and/or incur a cancellation fee. Please contact us if you have any questions.
6. Is there a warranty on the products I purchase?
Yes. There is a 2yr Factory Defect Warranty on all Ellis Snowboards. This covers all cosmetic and production defects in our snowboards. Should you receive a snowboard with these defects, you can send in your defected board for warranty. The board will then be replaced, free of charge.
However, all impact related damages do not fall under the factory warranty and are deemed “Used & Abused.” In this case, Ellis will extend a 50% off discount towards your next purchase, should your board not fall under the factory warranty.
SHIPPING:
7. How will my order ship and what does it cost?
Orders ship using UPS. Orders that total $0.00-$29.99 cost $5.00 in shipping, orders that total $30.00-$99.99 cost $10.00, and orders over $100.00 are free.
8. When will my order ship? Can I rush it?
Most orders ship within 5-7 days of the order being placed. Yes, you can rush it. If you pick Next Day or Two Day Shipping, the order will be processed the same day.
9. Will I be notified when my order ships?
After your order is submitted, processed, approved and shipped, you will be sent a shipment notification email containing carrier information (UPS) along with a tracking number. Please reference our Shipping section to learn more about shipping policies.
Can you ship outside of the continental U.S.?
Currently we ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
10. Can I exchange my item(s)?
